Standard orders may take up to 5 days to process. Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order. Our dedicated team spends this time hand-selecting the best items for your wine order and arranging the necessary transfers in preparation for delivery.

We will send you an update via email once all alcohol items in your order have been transferred and ready. At this stage, your order will be ready and waiting for its assigned delivery route.

We always strive to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 days, but it can take up to 14 days. In exceptional cases, transfer times for certain items may be longer, which will result in delays in order delivery. We apologize if this happens.

In order to ensure the safe transportation of your alcohol products, we provide two delivery methods: self-operated delivery and logistics outsourcing.

Own Delivery: We have an in-house local delivery service, delivered by a team of professionals and hired staff. We have multiple delivery routes per week, usually between Wednesday and Sunday. Delivery of processed orders usually takes place within the same week.

Logistics outsourcing: We have the right to choose a suitable logistics company for delivery. The specific delivery time of your order will be notified via email. Delivery time is our best estimate and may be affected by unpredictable special circumstances such as traffic, breakdowns, natural disasters, etc. We will make every effort to complete deliveries on time but will not pay for standby time.

Deliveries will be made to your driveway or curbside only.

If your property has door controls and requires a door combination for us to deliver, please provide the combination before the scheduled delivery day.

We are not responsible for delayed delivery or additional delivery charges due to inability to access the service address.

Delivery time is 9am to 9pm.

If the service address is outside of our service area, or if the shipping option you selected does not match your service address, you will receive an error notification. Orders selected for delivery options outside of our delivery service area will be canceled after 5 days if no further instructions are provided.
